Email demo@pampangafood.com for items missing or damaged to be replaced and/or disposable items that need to be replenished.
Please make sure you have enough disposable items for at least 4 demo days.

In Store Demo placement is pre-determined by the Demo Team; however, on-site adjustments should be coordinated with Store Management to align with current merchandising priorities and floor conditions.

The demonstration table is strategically organized into three functional zones to maximize sensory appeal and consumer conversion. At the rear of the table, the Cooking Zone. Also at the rear is the Engagement Zone serves as the primary hand-off point, where bite-sized samples are presented. At the front is the Marketing & Acquisition Zone, featuring Prices and a "Hero" display of the retail packaging. To ensure an immediate sale, a cooler is positioned at side of the table, allowing customers to move directly from tasting the sample to placing an item into their shopping cart.

Ambassadors will be assigned items to demo
1. Longanisa (Filipino Sausages)
This is their most extensive category, offering regional variations of Filipino sausages.
Variations: Includes Vigan, Lucban, and Chorizo de Cebu (regular and spicy).
Flavor Profiles: Ranges from sweet Hamonado styles to garlicky and vinegar-infused varieties. They also offer skinless and pre-cooked versions for convenience.
A breakfast staple known for its signature sweet and savory marinade.
Items: Traditional Pork Tocino, a premium Pork Belly version, and alternative proteins like Chicken and Beef Tocino.
Items: Features traditional Beef Tapa, which consists of thinly sliced, marinated beef, essential for making "Tapsilog" (Beef, garlic rice, and egg).
A high-demand appetizer category perfect for parties or snacks.
Shanghai Style: Small, meat-heavy rolls available in Pork and Chicken.
Vegetable Style: Larger rolls filled with vegetables mixed with Pork, Chicken, or Beef.

Soft, white steamed buns with savory fillings.
Flavors: Available in Pork Asado (sweet-savory) and Chicken Bola-Bola (meatball style), typically sold in multi-packs.
Items: Savory Chicken Empanadas featuring a flaky crust and hearty filling, positioned as a convenient "grab-and-go" snack.
Brand: Marketed under the Mister Swift label.
Varieties: These are classic Filipino-style red hot dogs available in Jumbo, Mini, and Cheese-filled varieties.
Chicharon: Crispy pork rinds in several styles, including Regular, Vinegar, and Cracklin (with fat).
Spicy Miso Chicken: A specialty seasoned poultry item for quick meals.

Perform a visual site audit by capturing photos of PFC inventory and current price tags. Assemble a product sample kit featuring high-velocity and discounted SKUs to facilitate in-person demonstrations of our full on-shelf lineup.

Take pictures of competitor SKUs alongside their respective retail price and any active promotional signage to benchmark Pampanga Food Company’s value proposition against current market alternatives. By recording these data points, the sales team can conduct an effective price-point analysis and identify opportunities to negotiate superior shelf "real estate" or adjust regional pricing strategies based on the current market landscape. Email images to demo@pampangafood.com.

You must interrupt the shopper’s "autopilot" mode without being aggressive.
The Non-Question Opening: Avoid asking, "Would you like a sample?" (It's too easy to say "no"). Instead, use a statement: "Good morning! We are featuring authentic Kapampangan Pork Belly today—it’s sweet, savory, and ready in minutes."

Once the customer has a sample in their hand, you have a 30-second window to communicate the brand value.

The goal is to move the product from your cooler into their cart before they walk away.
